Hello all. I had a wonderful birthday over this past weekend. I got money from my father for my present. I went off to my local stamp store for some birthday gifting.  I picked up stamps of course. I got a birthday sentiments set from Stampendous. Really good sayings.
I got a unity stamp set. The newest set with the cowboy boots. I also got a Stamping Bella stamp. Its so cute. Showers huggabugg. I can't wait to get it inked.

The card i am showing today is made with Stamping Bella. I fell in love with this stamp. it can make so many cards with this image.  i used the spotlight teqnine. for this card. i really didn't have the right coloring medium at work to color this image. so using this teq. helped get this card done.

I used pattern paper by K & Company.  Stamps from Stamping Bella. Metal dots from Colorbox and Ribbon by Martha Stewart.
i colored my circle with prismacolor colored pencils.

Hello all. I have another card to post.

I made this for a co-worker when i found out that he had emergancy surgery.

I used the Operation Write Home set from Hero Arts. I can see now that the stamping is light on this. Miss you is stamped on the background and Hello Handsome is stamped on the stars. my paper is from K & Company.

hopefully i can do another card of this type to publish in a magazine.

magical day

Hello all. i hope you are having a magical day.

I have had a long day. i got to do some coloring and card assembly on break and lunch.

playing with my new stamps that i got from my local stamp store Stamping And Scraping Time.

I made this card with Stamping Bella stamps.

i used Patty McClucky. she is so cute.  the pattern paper is from DCWV. Its from their Chatue Lavender mat stack. the metallic paper is from the Serenity mat stack. The ribbon is from Martha Stewart.  coloring is a blend of copic & crayola markers and also prismacolor colored pencils. i popped her up with thermaweb foam squares.

i need to do another card using this image. she is so cute. maybe i will submit a card for the Holiday issue of Just cards. this card has gotten me thinking about magazines.

Happy March!!

Well people it is March. Can we say i am happy it is here. This is my birthday month. I am apart of the Splitcoast stampers Brak group- Birthday Random act of Kindness. I have been getting birthday cards already. I feel so grateful that people would send me a birthday card. I hope to have a good birthday this year.

I made a card at break . what do you think?

i used black card stock to make the colors pop. The image is from Whipper Snapper. They have the most adorable stamps. I colored it with prismacolor colored pencils and gamsol. i love how the shading came out on the bunny. the pattern paper is from K & Company-their adhesive mat stack. I added adhesive metal dots from colorbox and a epoxy sticker from Heidi grace. I used my white gel pen to doodle around the outside of the card.

What do you think? should i do one like this to submit? i would love to know your thoughts on this.

pastel thinking of you

Hello all. i saw the tutorial of the pastel on black on splitcoast stamper.
I thought to myself that i could do that. I made sure i had all the components to try this.
I had a heck of the time trying to get a simple bottle of white embossing powder. I had to go to three stores to find it. now i have some to keep me busy for awhile.

I used The Hero Arts set for Operation Write Home. It has some nice stars and hearts on it. And a varied assortment of sentiments.
This is my test card. I think it did well. i think using souffle pens might work better for the inside of the stars. I got a distress tool. i love it. now i can stop dulling up my scissors.

I have to find my flowers stamps sets so i can try this with them.

Hi all. I hope you had a good valentine's day and getting reafy for your next holiday.

i want to say thank you to all the people following me. It means alot. I love making friends and making cards for causes.
trying to get cards drawn out for challenges and submitting to magazines.
i have no mojo at home but tons at work. go figure!

Hello everyone. I can't believe that is Feb. already.
I have been doing some cards, mainly birthday ones. I am on BRAK on splitcoast stampers. I actually got all my cards done and mailed for Feb. Here is one that i did.

i love the image from Whipper Snapper.  he is so cute. The sentiment is from My Creative Time with Emma.  i got this set because i did alot of birthday cards. I love how they stamp.

Hopefully i will get more cards done this week. Its been super busy with work. So i have been alot of overtime. It cuts into my crafting and reading time. LOL
